It works with single-use tips, so there is no cross infection risk. An icon-driven user interface makes the ShadeStar^® as easy to use as the latest generation mobile phone, and the ShadeStar^® offers high speed and high precision. Any given shade is taken within less than a second, with an acoustic signal confirming the successful measurement. The ShadeStar^® covers the entire Vita^® shade-guide range from A-D as well as 3-D Master^®. It also supports the Ceram•X^™ Mono and Ceram•X^™ Duo shade systems.
