Delton is a fissure sealant system with clinically proven long-term effectiveness providing excellent protection against caries as well as being easy to apply.

Clinical Information

Delton has a low viscosity ensuring thorough penetration of the fissures and intricate interdental spaces with no air bubbles. Delton has been on the market since the early seventies and long-term trials covering a period of 15 years have proven that Delton is utterly reliable. Delton exhibits higher bond strength values and clearly provides better caries prophylaxis. Convincing results: 10 years after applying Delton, 94.3% of sealed molars were totally non-carious.

Delton is available in self-cure and light-cure versions. Delton light cure is presented in convenient unit dose cartridges with a direct delivery applicator. There’s no measuring or mixing and the flexible tip allows precise application of the sealant.

Delton is an integral part of the DENTSPLY prophylaxis range which includes Nupro Prophylaxis Paste and the Cavitron/ProphyJet , clinically proven for effective fissure cleaning.
